ETP Announces Plans for 600,000bpd Pipeline

ETP announced that is has developed plans to construct the Permian Express 3 pipeline that would connect the Permian Basin with the Houston Ship Channel.  The pipeline is expected to have a capacity of 600,000 barrels per day, but ETP indicated the pipeline could be expanded to a capacity of 1,000,000 barrels per day.
